The practical terms that govern your use of Aware.
1. Acceptance
By using Aware, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Aware is a personal finance application for Android. It processes supported MTN MoMo and Airtel Money transaction messages on your device to build your ledger automatically.
3. Your data
You own your data. Aware stores your ledger on your device by default. If you enable optional cloud backup, processed financial records sync to Aware’s Supabase database under your authenticated account; raw SMS is never included. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute Aware. You may not use Aware for any illegal purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
Aware is provided "as is." We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on data shown in the app. Always verify important transactions with your bank or mobile money provider directly.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you via in-app notice or email (if you're on the early-access list). Continued use after changes means acceptance.
