1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Aware, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Aware is a personal finance tracking application for Android. It reads SMS notifications from MTN MoMo and Airtel Money Uganda to automatically log transactions. All processing occurs on your device.
3. Aware+ subscription
Aware+ is a monthly subscription billed at UGX 5,000/month through Google Play. Your subscription:
- Auto-renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Can be cancelled any time from Google Play → Subscriptions, or from within the Aware app
- Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy
4. Your data
You own your data. Aware stores it locally on your device. We have no access to it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute Aware. You may not use Aware for any illegal purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
Aware is provided "as is." We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on data shown in the app. Always verify important transactions with your bank or mobile money provider directly.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you via in-app notice or email (if you're on the waitlist). Continued use after changes means acceptance.
